The “Le Cedrare” restaurant is part of the Villa Perez Pompei Sagramoso, a historic 18th-century Venetian villa located within an estate that extends over 100 hectares, 20 of which are woodland and the remaining 80 are olive groves and vineyards.
The restaurant spaces are housed in the greenhouses where citrus plants were stored during the winter months.
“Le Cedrare” is a special place where traditional and innovative haute cuisine and good wine converge.
The restaurant is divided into two long central halls characterised by an elegant style, an elaborate mise en place, and frescoed vaults. A second room on the ground floor is dedicated to events and banquets.
The room is well lit by large windows, which were necessary for the citrus fruits to blossom well, overlooking the large, well-kept garden.

The Italian-style garden surrounds the restaurant with its fountains, shaped box hedges and paths that offer the possibility of walking and admiring the Illasi Castle.
Light is softer in the evening; the garden can thus recreate a pleasant atmosphere of coziness by hosting outdoor tables.
